We have had great success with apprenticeships in the past and we currently have 4 permanent staff members who started with us as apprentices, one of whom is now a Divisional Manager!

Key Duties:  As a Recruitment Sales Support Apprentice, you will, with the full support and guidance of your line manager, be responsible for providing administrative support to the recruitment consultants; incorporating a range of duties including providing general administration support and any other duties to help support the team on a daily basis.  You will build strong relationships with your candidates over the telephone, match the right workers to the right positions and follow systems to provide a high-quality service

Essential/Desirable Requirements:  A self-motivated and confident team player, with excellent attention to detail, verbal and written communication skills. We are ideally seeking someone who is looking to build a career in recruitment, building knowledge and expertise in this field.
