Course Objective
This unit provides knowledge and understanding about an individual’s resilience and strategies for improving resilience. It challenges participants to reflect on their own resilience skills and provides the tools to build and improve them, both in personal life and the workplace.
This dynamic course gives participants the knowledge to understand what resilience is and how it can impact one’s life.
