Providing Financial Services  - Level 3 [combination x 2]

Course Objective

This programme is aimed at individuals who provide support to people’s financial needs. Pathways Available:

General Insurance Pathway 

This route is aimed at routine administrative roles. Specific job roles include claims handling processors, underwriting administrators and administrators within both insurers and insurance intermediary organisations.

Banks and Building Societies

Aimed at Senior Cashiers, Senior Customer Advisers, Foreign Currency Advisers and Administration Supervisors.

Course Delivery

An assessor will visit the candidate in the workplace at least once a month for a minimum of an hour. In addition to this there will be approximately four hours of work set between visits. To achieve the Certificate in Providing Financial Services, you will complete 7 units

This knowledge component is delivered by an approved tutor via a combination of training workshops and workplace coaching over a number of pre-agreed dates. The qualification is externally assessed via on screen multiple-choice tests.
