This qualification aims to provide the skills and knowledge required to become competent in supporting health professionals. This programme is aimed at various support roles within the health sector which are central to the smooth running of healthcare services, such as:
Assistant/Administrator, Cleaning Supervisor, Caretaker/Maintenance Person, Customer Service Assistant/Manager, Database Administrator, Gardener, Health Records Clerk, Hospital Porter, Kitchen Supervisor/manager, Library Assistant, Personal Assistant/Receptionist, Records Manager, Security Officer/Manager
An assessor will visit the candidate at their workplace, once a month for a minimum of one hour. In addition to this, they will be set approximately four hours of work to complete before the next meeting. Workshops are provided to support learning.

Promote equality and inclusion in health and social care setting
