Course Objective

This qualification aims to provide the skills and knowledge required to become competent in supporting health professionals. Various support roles exist within the health sector which are essential to the smooth running of healthcare services. These are the roles which this programme is aimed at, such as: Porter Housekeeper Switchboard Operator Caterer Gardener Records Manager

Course Delivery

An assessor will visit the candidate at their workplace, once a month for a minimum of one hour. In addition to this, they will be set approximately four hours of work to complete before the next meeting.
